Shingle Springs Community Center

Shingle Springs Community Center

The Shingle Springs Community Center is a gentle reminder of our unique foothill community. Steeped in a tradition of neighbor involvement, our center has served us since it was constructed in the early 50’s. Follow this link to a page about the history of Shingle Springs, CA.

The Community Center began as a community effort and is not endorsed by any government entity. It was constructed on donated land and is funded today, as before, by donations, membership, and rental income. Our Center is supported by volunteer efforts and the continued involvement of our area residents and businesses.

A staple in our area, the Shingle Springs Community Center has hosted meetings, showers, reunions, luncheons, dinners, community services for almost 70 years.   Our beautiful athletic field and premier horseshoe pavilion have been used for tournaments, and casual competition, plus soccer & rugby practice, family picnics, dog shows, relays and more.  Our footprint of 2 acres of country charm is an affordable family resource.

Our Gathering Hall is 2,262 Sq. Ft. with a max capacity of 325 people, (154 seated).
