With my limited knowledge about web design and management, it was difficult to find a company that would respond to the various needs we have had over the years to update our website and keep it current. Brian did a fabulous job of clearly explaining the steps we needed to take to get our new website up and running, and held our hand each step of the way. He is and has been very responsive to all of our needs (which are many!), which again has been a frustration we have had with prior web designers/hosts. And the platform they have created for their websites is very user friendly - even I can navigate it!
